If there are stubborn deposits on the surface of the generator set radiator, the radiator can be removed, immersed in hot alkaline water for about 20 minutes, and then rinsed clean with hot water.
Internal cleaning:
Regularly drain the coolant inside the radiator, check and clean the scale and impurities.
Use acid solution for internal descaling, pay attention to the temperature and concentration of the solution, and avoid corroding the radiator.
After descaling, neutralize the acid solution with alkaline solution and rinse thoroughly with clean water.

The radiator can be checked for leaks using compressed air or water filling methods.

If the coolant is insufficient, it should be replenished in a timely manner to avoid overheating of the radiator due to water shortage.
