Before the operation of the unit, the forced water jacket heater will preheat the engine oil, antifreeze, and lubricating oil, allowing the unit to enter the state in advance and meet the start-up conditions.
Just being able to turn on is not enough. It is necessary to ensure a warm and constant temperature inside the container of the containerized power station. Otherwise, if the temperature inside the container does not meet the standard, it will still affect the operation of the unit.
So we equipped the unit with a convective indoor heating system to regulate the temperature inside the container, which can keep the local temperature inside the container at a constant temperature of around 10 ℃.
Relying solely on a temperature controlled heating system is not enough. We have also doubled the thickness of the outer wall of the container body, making it thicker and more insulated than ordinary units.
In addition, there are radiators distributed inside the container to further maintain the temperature inside.
Is it possible for accidents to occur due to local high temperatures inside the box, as there are heating equipment everywhere? There's no need to worry about this!
The Huaquan Power Container Generator Unit adopts a louver design for the intake and exhaust system, which can automatically adjust the angle according to the air volume, achieving dynamic balance of internal and external temperatures and preventing overheating.
There is also a complete fire extinguishing system installed inside the box, including a security fire warning system and a fire extinguishing device. In case of an accident, the warning system will sound an alarm, and the hot aerosol fire extinguishing device inside the box will automatically take fire extinguishing measures to eliminate the danger invisibly.
Besides catching fire, leakage is also a major problem for the generator set. The Huaquan Power Container Generator Unit is also equipped with a liquid leakage detection system, which will provide feedback on any leakage situation.
